Above all else, we care about the impact our olive oil has on the earth. We understand that it is a great use of resources to bring our gift of organic, extra-virgin olive oil from the trees of Tuscany to our table and yours. With this idea in mind, we take care to package all orders in recycled material we collect from our local bike shop and friends. In addition, deliveries in Boulder-proper are always made by bicycle, and orders reaching outside Boulder proper can be shipped via FedEx. Working to cut down on the environmental impact of our imports allows us to continue to offer one of the world’s oldest and richest gifts to the tables of our extended network of friends, family and customers. It is our belief that each time we dip our bread into a bowl of oil or drizzle it over a plate of pasta, we share in the harvest and bounty of both old and new worlds.

Pricing:

For the 2011-2012 season:

• 5-liter tin: $150, plus $15 for shipping
• Half-liter bottle: $22, plus $5 for shipping

* Colorado customers will be charged tax according to location
* Steamboat Spring residents please inquire about our Steamboat pick-up location

Payment:

We accept checks and money orders for payment. Upon receiving payment your oil will be shipped to the address listed in you order inquiry. If, upon receiving our olive oil, you are not completely satisfied, we will happily buy it back from you.
